Get the Look: G L O W
January 20, 2016Strobing. Highlight. Glow. These are all different names we’ve been hearing a lot lately regarding the latest makeup trend. The truth is, this style of makeup has been around for a long time! Below are a few of my favorite products I like to use to create a look like the one pictured above.
Here are my favorite points to highlight:
1. The inner corners of the eye; This will help to open up your eyes
2. The high point of your brow bone; This will help lift your eyes up
3. On top of your cheek bones; This creates a healthy, youthful glow. TIP: avoid applying a shimmer finish on top of textured skin like acne or wrinkles as this will only accentuate those features.
4. The tip of the nose; This will make your nose look slightly turned up and look like a cute button nose. TIP: avoid putting a shimmer all the way up and down the center of the nose, this will just make you look sweaty!
5. The cupids bow; My favorite way to make your lip appear more full
